Rosacea is an underdiagnosed and undertreated disease1. Primary features include facial erytherra (transient or persistent), inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules) and telangectasia2.
Facial erythema alone is estimated to affect 40 milion people worldwide3. Rosacea has a negative impact on quaiily of life and is associated with depression and social iaotation4,5.
